Vins du Roussillon : Côtes du Roussillon
Le vignoble des Côtes du Roussillon s'étend entre le massif des Corbières et les Pyrénées sur plus de 5600 hectares répartis sur 118 communes des Pyrénées-Orientales.

En 2002, cette appellation a produit 210 485 hectolitres dont 68 % de vins rouges, 28 % de vins rosés et 4 % de vins blancs à partir des cépages traditionnels du Roussillon (Grenache noir et blanc, Carignan, Lladoner Pelut, Cinsault, Macabeu, Malvoisie du Roussillon) et de cépages aromatiques plus récemment implantés (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Marsanne, Vermentino).

  At the heart of Pyrenees, on a path of the Mountain Canigou, one Abbey occupies an exceptional site. Put in 1055 metres in height on a rock sheer, the abbey of "Saint-Martin du Canigou" gets loose in a wild and magnificent site, made by cliffs and by canyons.   The Yellow Train
Built at the beginning of the XX° century to open up the high Catalan mountains, the railroad line of the yellow train is the symbol of the territories of mountain of Oriental Pyrenees, in the course of classification in the World heritage of UNESCO.

The line of the yellow train is the outcome of a project that began in 1903 on the initiative of Emmanuel Brousse and Jules Dax.

The yellow train constitutes a model of sustainable development, it is fed by a hydroelectric complex situared throughout the Tet and the major component of the dam of Bouillouses (at 2100 m in height).

The journey by train looks like a panoramic film which allows to visit the territory of the Regional Natural reserve of Catalan Pyrenees.
